Feature: Street View

Google launched Street View in Toronto two days ago, on Wednesday. From their official statement:

The Canadian cities and regions currently explorable via Street View on Google Maps are: Vancouver, Whistler, Squamish, Banff, Calgary, Kitchener-Waterloo, Toronto, Ottawa, Montreal, Quebec City and Halifax. Additional cities and regions throughout the country will be added soon.

Surprise!  Google StreetView is also available on all listings on your RealShowOff website, right from MLS. (Ok, fine, while still claiming we’re at least partly psychic – we cheated and knew it was coming, awaiting the official release to beta-test it).

Benefit for the agent? Help showcase the neighbourhood around your good looking listings + pinpoint EXACTLY where it is.  (For listings with not-so desirable surrounding areas, you can disable Street View for that listing alone.)

Other notes:

  • You can adjust the angle & view from your back-office (under Listings>Mapping) to showcase to your liking.
  • We also feature the regular map, to show exactly where the listing is.
